The warning was for Clinton County. "The Flood Warning will expire at 11:45 a.m. this morning for portions of northern New York, including Clinton and Vermont, including Chittenden, Franklin, Lamoille and Orleans county counties. Flood waters have receded. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures," according to the National Weather Service.
