Clinton County man indicted for receipt, possession of child porn
Williamsport, Pa. — A Clinton County man was indicted in federal court on charges of receipt and possession of child sex abuse materials. Felix Trepanowski, 23, received child pornography on December 31, 2022 and April 27, according to a release from the United States Attorney's Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Trepanowski also allegedly possessed child pornography on May 21. The case was investigated by the FBI-RAC Williamsport and the Pennsylvania State Police. Assistant United States Attorney Tatum Wilson is prosecuting the case. The maximum penalty under federal law for these offenses is 20 years, with a mandatory minimum sentence of five years and a term of supervised release following imprisonment.
