Investigators: Man arrested after setting fire to basement window to get in his house
DAVENPORT, Iowa (KWQC) - Investigators said an 18-year-old set fire to a basement window to get into his house, and while being arrested he spat on a firefighter. Isaiah Guzman, of Davenport, is charged with reckless use of fire and assault on a person in certain occupations, both serious misdemeanors.
