They need proper lighting and the right temperature.

TANGIPAHOA - A man on probation out of Texas was arrested during a routine compliance check at his residence in Tangipahoa Parish. The Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff's Office was conducting a compliance check at 25-year-old Shawn Gray's residence early Wednesday morning. Upon deputies' arrival, they discovered multiple drugs and clandestine lab equipment.
Central hosts second annual Red, White, and Boom celebration; raising donations for troops oversees
CENTRAL, La. (WAFB) - The city of Central held its second annual Red, White, and Boom celebration on July 5. There was food, live music, and of course fireworks. The event was free, but organizers hoped to raise donations for troops overseas. The Blue Star Mothers organization hosted the donation collection and was supported by the city of Central and Blackwater Methodist churches.
