Build A Bed For Kids In Need
MENASHA, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – Two organizations in the Fox Valley teamed up Friday to build dozens of beds for children in need. Sure-Dry is working with the Appleton chapter of Sleep in Heavenly Peace (SHP) — a nationwide profit that provides beds for kids who would otherwise be forced to sleep on the floor or couch each night — to deliver hand-made, fully-furnished beds to children in the Fox Valley.
Packers begin to report to camp this week
The first signs of the 2024 season will rear their heads on Wednesday when the first Green Bay Packers players report to Lambeau Field this week. Quarterbacks, rookies, and injured players report to camp ahead of the rest of the roster on July 22nd. The Packers will host 16 open-to-the-public practices, all of which begin at 10:30 a.m. One of those practices will be a joint effort with the Baltimore Ravens on August 22nd, ahead of their preseason game at the end of the month.
