ALABAMA (WDNews) – In recent weeks, several cases of rabies in wildlife have raised concerns in Etowah and Talladega counties. In Hokes Bluff, a raccoon tested positive for rabies after being found inside a fenced yard, exposing three dogs to the disease. Esternita Watkins, 42, became an American citizen nearly two years ago, wearing a green dress and a big smile at her naturalization ceremony in Montgomery, Alabama.
