Suspect arrested for setting a fire behind Maverik Gas Station in Oroville
OROVILLE, Calif. - A woman was arrested for setting a fire behind a Maverik Gas Station in Oroville on Thursday, CAL FIRE Butte County said. The vegetation fire broke out on Thursday before 9 p.m. behind the Maverik Gas Station near Highway 70 at the Oro Dam Boulevard exit. The fire was contained at .04 acres.

Reno Firefighters Respond to Water Leak
Reno firefighters responded to a water leak. The leak was on the fourth floor of a retirement home. Firefighters say they stayed on scene to help mitigate the problem and make sure power was turned off. They also say several residents were displaced.
