SAGINAW, MI — Soon after his summertime stop at Bronner’s Christmas Wonderland in Frankenmuth, Santa is heading to Saginaw. Bay City Public Schools is launching an app for parents and guardians that will allow for accurate, real-time tracking of their children’s school buses. The Stopfinder application was created by the district’s routing software company, Transfinder. It is free to parents and guardians and allows users to customize when they receive alerts about their children’s bus location. The app is also a two-way communication tool, providing parents with an easy way to communicate quickly with district transportation officials and receive instant notifications.
