Ohio man arrested on illegal gun possession, other charges
An Ohio man was arrested earlier this week after illegally being in possession of a firearm, which police officers said they believed he could have potentially used on them. According to the criminal complaint filed in Mingo County Magistrate Court, on Sept. 29, officers were in the process of conducting a traffic stop at the intersection of First Avenue and Court Street in Williamson when both the officers and the driver “heard a firearm rack.”
