RUIDOSO, N.M. — A flash flood watch has been issued in Ruidoso by the National Weather Service, as more rain is expected to hit the area on Sunday. The flash flood watch is in effect from 12 noon Sunday until 6 a.m. Monday. Heavy rains created flash flooding conditions on Saturday.
