However, it was discussed at the meeting last week that New York cannot go any lower than the 51% tax rate they already have. 99-Year-Old Home Sells for Over $1 Million in Buffalo
A 99-year-old Delaware District home has become Erie County’s 38th private residence, this year, to sell for more than $1 million. Developer Tim LeBoeuf and his wife, Brooke, paid $1.523 million for a circa-1925-era house at 92 Cleveland Ave. in the heart of Buffalo’s Delaware District. The house had been owned by Cleveland Avenue Development Inc., according to documents filed July 18 in the Erie County Clerk's office.
