    Corporate loyalty does not pay off, HR expert says, as job hopping gains currency among young people

    I will be at my Company Sept 1st ..25 years. I can guarantee the owner doesn't even know or care. It won't be acknowledged, I am a glutton for my own punishment.😩

    I'm a baby boomer, and believe me, we were brought up to stay with a company until retirement. I was on my way to doing that, and there was no loyalty at all on the company's side. A majority of employees laid off were there 20 or more years and over 55. So I can't blame the younger workers for taking care of themselves. nobody else will.
