It's becoming more and more difficult to find individuals who possess basic critical thinking skills. We recently had a newer employee whose entrance key failed to work one morning. Since their key would not unlock the door, their solution was to turn around and return home. There are 80+ employees housed in the building. Approximately 1/3 were inside working at the time - including this employee's supervisor.
