    Do no more than ten reps with a weight that you cannot lift more than ten times, I do six sets like this, it's tough once you get to the seventh rep, but you must continue, results will be there even as little as four weeks if you are not obese, especially arms, I only do two different exercises for my biceps and triceps when I target that area, and they get shredded very quickly. Always rest the next day and get plenty of sleep.
