He wont have to! It will be illegal federally but Trump won’t have to put through a federal ban! What would happen is he would use section F ( he did this in 2020but Biden repealed) to fire and hire who he pleases as per his loyalty pledge and requirements. And yes there is one one already, and there are applications geared toward Trump loyalists 😉 So…once he does that they will be able to use federal laws/constitutional which now applies to ALL states using EMTALA and section 504 to recognize due process for an unborn baby in all states, and then the 1873 Comstock Act will help mesh case laws between states to criminalize abortion. All this done federally using the constitution and a law republicans have protected for this reason, from the late 1800’s. Dont be fooled, no state will have legal abortion if Trump gets into office.
