Pa. Legislative clerk finds side job running fireworks tent a blast
Once again, Pennsylvania’s state budget — or lack of it — is fizzling Rick Breski’s Fourth of July side hustle. For more than 30 years, Breski, whose day job is as a legislative reading clerk with the House of Representatives, has operated a pop-up fireworks tent in the parking lot at Leed’s Restaurant and Bar in Swatara Township.
