Austell Woman Accused of Stabbing
Aleah Marie Graham, 29, of Austell, is accused of grabbing the victim’s hair and then stabbing them seven times with a kitchen steak knife during an argument on July 11 at 7:30 a.m. at a residence at 173 Twin Hill Road in Austell, near the intersection of Riverside Parkway and I-20, according to an arrest warrant from the Cobb County Police Department. The victim suffered four puncture wounds to the back and three puncture wounds to the back of the left shoulder. There were also two juveniles present who witnessed the incident, according to the warrant. Graham is charged with aggravated assault weapon; and cruelty to children – third degree. She was arrested on July 11 at 12:30 p.m. and booked into the Cobb County Adult Detention Center, according to jail records. Graham remains in custody without bond.
2 Inmates Accused of Attack on Another Inmate
Elijah Tomichael Ligon, 23, of Powder Springs, and Quentez Oneal, 19, of Atlanta, are accused of working together to put the victim in a headlock and striking him in the face and body multiple times on July 11 at 9:51 a.m. at the Cobb County Adult Detention Center, according to arrest warrants from the Cobb County Sheriff’s Office. The victim had visible red marks on the left side of his neck from the chokehold. The victim also had visible swelling on the left side of his face and visible discoloration to his ribs. He was transported to the hospital for treatment of a fractured rib, according to the warrants. Ligon and Oneal are both charged with aggravated assault strangulation; aggravated battery disfigure; and unlawful acts of violence in a penal institution. Both remain in custody without bond.

Al Slaton, 26, of Atlanta, and Shawn Shannon, 26, of Lithonia, are accused of stealing three pairs of sunglasses, valued at $1,647, from Sunglass Hut and one pair of Air Jordan shoes, valued at $200, from Foot Locker at Cumberland Mall, on July 11 at 7:30 p.m., according to arrest warrants from the Cobb County Police Department. Acworth Woman Accused of Biting 2 People
Tamara Raymond, 35, of Acworth, is accused of biting two people on July 14 at midnight at an Acworth residence, according to an arrest warrant from the Cobb County Police Department. Raymond got into an argument with the female victim and bit the woman on the chin, causing a chunk of skin to hang off. The victim was transported to Kennestone Hospital for treatment. The victim’s husband, who was asleep upstairs, woke to the commotion and attempted to break the pair apart, but was bit by Raymond on his right arm, according to the warrant. Raymond is charged with aggravated battery disfigure; simple battery harm; and criminal damage – second degree. She was arrested on July 14 at 2:32 a.m. and booked into the Cobb County Adult Detention Center, according to jail records. Raymond remains in custody without bond.
Kennesaw Man Accused of Driving Under the Influence of Drugs
Robert Nicholas Christian, 29, is accused of driving under the influence of methamphetamines, parking several feet away from the curb and falling asleep behind the wheel of the running vehicle for about 20 minutes on July 8 at 8:43 p.m. at 4534 Alaspair Lane in Kennesaw, a residential road near Baker Elementary School, according to an arrest warrant from the Kennesaw Police Department. Powder Springs Man Accused of Fighting with Police
Xavier Barge, 37, of Powder Springs, is accused of resisting arrest and fighting with police on July 10 at 9:22 p.m. at a residence at 1316 Old Coach Road SW in Marietta, according to an arrest warrant from the Cobb County Police Department. Barge is accused of physically obstructing four officers while being placed into handcuffs during the arrest. Carleone Geno Daniels, 18, of Atlanta, is accused of throwing a large rock off a bridge onto the highway and striking the victim’s car on July 11 at 1:58 p.m. at the intersection of Factory Shoals Road and I-20 in Austell. The hood and windshield of the victim’s car were damaged, according to an arrest warrant from the Cobb County Police Department.
