Ousted Trump prosecutor Nathan Wade has finalized his “difficult divorce” from his wife following his affair scandal with Georgia District Attorney Fani Willis, according to his ex-wife’s lawyers.

Wade and wife of 26 years, Joycelyn Wade, settled their Cobb County, Georgia divorce case Monday, court records show and Joycelyn’s lawyers confirmed to The Post.

“The Wade’s divorce is indeed finalized,” said Stephanie Weil, Joycelyn’s attorney. “Divorce is a very painful process even under ordinary circumstances, but Joycelyn endured a particularly difficult divorce by any measure.”

The settlement terms were not immediately made public in court records.

“Despite the cacophony of false accusations levied by her former husband and those with political agendas, Joycelyn Wade always remained above the fray displaying dignity and grace,” Weil said. “In that spirit, we will not be commenting on the particulars of the divorce.”

“Our team was privileged to walk alongside Joycelyn on this challenging journey and we know her future will be full of the happiness she so richly deserves,” the lawyer concluded.

News of Wade and Willis’ affair broke in January and soon after Joycelyn’s lawyers sought to subpoena Willis on the grounds that Wade had allegedly been spending his money on Willis — while Joycelyn could barely make ends meet.

The county’s top prosecutor ultimately avoided having to testify in Wade’s divorce after he and Joycelyn — who share two adult children — reached a temporary divorce settlement on Jan. 30.

In April, Wade sought to lower his payments to Joycelyn less than a month after he was ordered to step down as the special prosecutor in Georgia election fraud case against former President Donald Trump over Willis’ admission of their dalliance during the prosecution.

Wade claimed on April 8 that he could no longer afford payments after losing the high-profile post where he made $250 an hour — and raked in over $700,000. He was tasked with probing Trump and his co-defendants for allegedly seeking to overturn the election result in the Peach State after President Biden’s win.

Meanwhile, Joycelyn’s lawyers balked at Wade’s poverty claims , arguing Wade collected $53,000 in paychecks from the Trump prosecution just days before his request to lower alimony.

Joycelyn in early April claimed Wade skipped out on paying her $4,400 in child support and money she needed for urgent medical procedures.

Trump and other co-defendants sought to have the charges against them dropped — or Willis disqualified — on the grounds that the DA allegedly appointed her boyfriend to the lucrative position and then benefitted from his earnings when Wade treated her to exotic getaways.

Wade and Willis both testified at hearings in February that they didn’t strike up their fling until after Wade began working on the case and they claimed they roughly split the cost of their trips. They also claimed to have since broken up.

Wade came onto the Trump investigation on Nov. 1, 2021 and filed for divorce from Joycelyn the following day.

Fulton County Judge Scott McAfee ruled on March 15 that Willis could only continue prosecuting the case if Wade stepped down — which he did that day — because of the pair’s “tremendous lapse in judgment.”

The criminal case has been on hold while Trump’s camp continues its crusade to kick Willis off the case, a matter which is pending in a Georgia appeals court.

Trial had been scheduled for the summer but it’s on hold until the appeal is decided.

On Tuesday, the Georgia Court of Appeals agreed to hear oral arguments on Dec. 5 on Willis’ disqualification.

Nathan’s lawyer did not return requests for comment Tuesday.
