City of Gallup to mill streets starting July 8
The City of Gallup will be closing some streets around the city starting July 8. The project is expected to go on until July 26. Princeton Avenue from McKinley Drive to the end of the curb and Wilson Avenue from McKinley Drive to a dead end will be milled during that time. The mining is in advance of paving that will happen at a later date.

Pet of the Week: Meet Loki!
Loki was actually adopted from the McKinley County Humane Society two years ago, but his owner recently surrendered him back to the shelter. The shelter staff said he has no behavioral problems at all. He is a very sweet and smart dog. He loves going on walks and is great on a leash as well. When not going for a walk, he enjoys lounging around.
