Area couple arrested for alleged ‘chronic shoplifting’
A couple accused of attempting to steal three minibikes from Tractor Supply Co. has new charges in a string of shoplifting incidents at the Farmington Home Depot. Frank Jones, 49, of Aztec, was charged with two counts of third-degree felony shoplifting, larceny, and Amanda Waller, 43, of Aztec, was charged with one count of third-degree felony shoplifting, larceny.

Alec Baldwin trial for 'Rust' film shooting begins Tuesday
SANTA FE, N.M. — Video above: Jury selection for actor Alec Baldwin's trial in the 'Rust' film shooting is set for Tuesday, July 9. Cinematographer Halyna Hutchins was struck by a bullet while on set in October 2021. The bullet discharged from Baldwin's prop gun during filming. In an interview with ABC News in December 2021, Baldwin told ABC's George Stephanopoulos he did not pull the trigger. He is charged with involuntary manslaughter in connection to her death.
