COCHRAN COUNTY, Texas (KCBD) - A report from the National Transportation Safety Board has provided new details on a deadly plane crash near Whiteface. On the morning of June 14, two crop duster planes collided midair over a cotton field in Cochran County. Pilot Philip Joseph Kitten was killed in the crash and the other pilot, Jeremy Deshawn Williams, was seriously injured.
