Tech Outage: What hospitals in Southeast Georgia, the South Carolina Lowcountry have been affected?
SAVANNAH, Ga. — WJCL is reaching out to hospitals in our area to see if they have been impacted by Friday's global tech outage. Beaufort Memorial Hospital: Systems have experienced some issues. Clinical teams have implemented standard protocols to ensure patient care continues and IT teams have been working around the clock to bring computer systems back up. Patient care has not been impacted.

MACON, Ga. (WGXA) — Macon's Lake Tobesofkee could be in for major renovations and recreation developments following a new $23 million proposal by the city commission. According to Macon-Bibb Commission agendas, the city is collaborating with a private investment company called Lovejoy Capital and has proposed a $23 million investment project to "transform Lake Tobesofkee into a unique outdoor hospitality destination.

Middle Georgia Regional Library (MGRL) has opened its newest branch, the Library Annex, in Macon-Bibb. Located in the Macon Mall facing Mercer University Drive, the Library Annex aims to provide convenient access to library services and materials for the West Bibb community. Man arrested in Georgia after "suspicious death" in Flagler Beach, police say
