    Death investigation underway in Cocoa Beach

    A death investigation was underway in Cocoa Beach on Friday morning.

    ▶ WATCH CHANNEL 9 EYEWITNESS NEWS

    The Cocoa Beach Police Department said detectives are focusing on an area near the 300 block of Ramp Road.

    The department is working the case in conjunction with the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office.

    Police said they do know the identity of the person who died nor how the person died.

    Anyone who may have any information is asked to contact the Cocoa Beach Police Department at 321-868-3251.
