    In my opinion, i think they've already paid it ...I feel like that $120 million worth of XRP that they moved the other day to an unknown wallet, was part of the pay off

    The SEC seizing money right out of investors pockets so Democrats can line their pockets! SEC and all Democrats are so freaking corrupt! I guarantee not one penny of the fine will go to repay investor losses and every cent will go in personal bank accounts of dirty Democrats!
