HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The Greater Wichita YMCA and Hutchinson Regional Healthcare System (HRHS) announced Tuesday a partnership that will bring a new state-of-the-art Hutchinson YMCA facility to Reno County. PARSONS, Kan. — The Parsons School District qualifies for a sweeping lunch program that includes every student at school. USD 503 now has the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) designation. In other words, they can offer a free breakfast and lunch to every student regardless of income. There’s an extensive application process through federal and state authorities to prove they have at least 25 percent enrollment who qualify under free and reduced guidelines.
