NEWINGTON, Conn. — The Country Package Store at 256 Hartford Avenue was robbed on Thursday evening, the Newington Police Department reports. Newington police responded to the store around 8:49 p.m. on Aug. 29 for a report of a robbery in progress. Our beautiful and capable students are back in the classroom for the 2024-2025 School Year!.
