There is currently a widespread outage impacting customers’ ability to call 911 as well as non emergency calls. Woman stabbed in alleged fight with man downtown, APD says
ANCHORAGE, Alaska (KTUU) - A woman suffered life-threatening injuries after being stabbed in the upper body Friday night in downtown Anchorage, APD said. A phyisical fight was reported to police at about 6:15 Friday night near East 4th Avenue and Barrow Street downtown between a man and woman. That’s where police found out the woman had been stabbed. APD found the woman and she was taken to the hospital. The man who allegedly stabbed her was arrested as a suspect at 6:18 p.m. and was taken to the police department where he’s being questioned by detectives.
