Dot Lake sues Army Corps of Engineers over Manh Choh Mine wetland permit
The Native Village of Dot Lake filed a lawsuit against the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in District Court on July 1 for its issuance of a permit for the Manh Choh gold mine near Tetlin.
