Body of 26-year-old man who fell off boat found in Lake Michigan
Update: The Muskegon County Sheriff's Office says the body of a 26-year-old man who fell off a fishing boat in Lake Michigan has been recovered. Around 10:30 yesterday morning, rescue crews from the U.S. Coast Guard, the D-N-R and multiple police agencies responded to the scene a couple miles from the Muskegon channel. But high waves prompted postponement of the search. It turned into a recovery operation this morning.

Workers protest racial discrimination settlement at Ann Arbor construction site
A few dozen union activists and others marched at a construction site in Ann Arbor on Wednesday calling for a boycott of United Electrical Contractors. The protestors marched around the site of the Packard Row mixed-use development where UEC has been contracted to do the electrical work. (WWJ) - Authorities have reopened the cold case of Cassandra Durham, a 19-year-old Maryland girl who was reported missing after heading to Northern Michigan to visit her boyfriend's family.
