CADIZ, Ohio — The Cadiz Police Department made a drug arrest around 9:45 a.m. Monday using a K-9 unit to detect the drugs in the vehicle that led to the arrest of one man. "I responded with my K-9 – K-9 Lupo - where I ran him on the exterior of the vehicle on a free air sniff,” Lt.
