Restaurant Colombia Para Todos and Bellevue Berry Farm invite you to join the celebration of Colombia’s Independence this upcoming July 20th. Get ready to enjoy a festival full of music, colors, and flavors! This is the second time the restaurant has organized this event, as they are celebrating three years in Omaha this year. When we asked the owner, Milena Londoño, what inspired her to create this event, she said, “We are inspired because we love our country; it runs in our blood.” Additionally, she mentions that she is proud to wear her country’s yellow jersey in such a distant state and proudly showcases her jersey. Moreover, she wants to spread joy while sharing her culture with others. In her words, she says, “I want to bring a moment of happiness to every Colombian who is far from their country, their family, and perhaps their roots. I want to make them feel at home for a day.”
