Phase 3 Segment of New Hampton Tribe Trail Could Open in August
The Phase 3 segment of the Tribe Trail in New Hampton could be open in about a month. MUSCATINE, Iowa (KWQC) - A Muscatine woman has been formally charged with 67 counts of animal neglect, including the death of six animals. The Muscatine County Sheriff’s Office seized the animals from Kelly Adams, 44, last month. And the animals have been housed at a Muscatine animal shelter named It Takes a Village Animal Rescue and Resources (ITAVARR) ever since.
