State Patrol – Minnesota Man Killed While Walking on Busy Highway
Blaine, MN (KROC-AM News) - A pedestrian was struck and killed by a vehicle early this morning in the Twin Cities. The State Patrol says the deadly incident occurred around 5:45 AM in Blaine.
