Houston had a dud of a 2023. It made its way into the Big 12 and struggled in a rough 4-8 campaign.
In comes Willie Fritz from Tulane to take over the head coaching duties, and his team needs a win with a trip to Oklahoma coming up next.

Why Houston Will Win
The transfers will play a big role right away, especially on defense.
QB Donovan Smith and the Cougar offense should be terrific under the new coaching staff, but the upgrade is massive on the other side with a slew of good defensive backs to go along with a few productive linebackers - really, this bunch will be far better.
