College Football Rankings Week 3: Teams 11 to 25 Michigan, LSU, Iowa State

The bottom of the College Football News Top 25 got a whole lot weirder this week.

A few teams fell out of the top ten and landed here, and there's a bunch of repositioning after a generally underwhelming weekend for some. They're still all off to solid starts, and they're all still good.
