Texas A&M QB Conner Weigman Appears On Injury Report For Florida Game

Ahead of their Week 3 clash with the Florida Gators, the Texas A&M Aggies included a surprising addition to the initial Week 3 injury report. Starting quarterback Conner Weigman is listed as questionable for this Saturday's game.

As weekly injury reports are now required for all SEC teams starting this season, Week 3’s SEC opener for the Aggies included Conner Weigman as questionable among the five other injuries reported by the team on Thursday.

With Weigman's Week 3 status potentially in jeopardy, the Aggies may need to turn to redshirt junior Jaylen Henderson at quarterback if Weigman is unable to suit up against the Gators.

So far this season, Weigman has thrown for a mere 225 yards with two touchdowns and two interceptions.

With Weigman only listed as questionable on Thursday's injury report, there is still a strong possibility he could be healthy enough to play in Saturday's clash in "The Swamp." However, his status will still be something to watch as game day approaches.

The Week 3 matchup between the Aggies and Gators from Florida's Ben Hill Griffin Stadium will happen on Sept. 14 with a 3:30 p.m. ET start time. The contest is set to air on ABC and ESPN+.
