For all of the big things that happened this weekend in college football, the fundamentals didn't shift.
Texas beat a mediocre football team - like it was supposed to.
Tennessee beat an awful football team - like it was supposed to.
Ohio State didn't play, Georgia had to deal with a feisty-good Kentucky team with a strong defense, and almost everything else went according to plan. So while it might be tempting to do a few wild changes, those were kept to a minimum.
Oregon, UNLV, and Washington State are among the few that got a lot more love, but for now, Northern Illinois still has to be ranked higher than Notre Dame, and both have to be ahead of Texas A&M.
Georgia State all of a sudden matters. It has to be ranked ahead of Vanderbilt and then Virginia Tech.
Here's the CFN ranking of all 134 teams for Week 4. The big stuff is on its way.
