College Football Rankings Week 4: Teams 11 to 25 LSU, Illinois, Kansas State

We'll admit that our college football rankings for Week 4 are a little off here.

Notre Dame is one of the nation's 25 best teams - it's one of the ten best teams - but until Northern Illinois loses, there's no messing around with the pecking order of NIU, Notre Dame, and Texas A&M.

As is there's some big moves with Washington State beating Washington and UCF coming up with a brilliant comeback to get by TCU.
