Big Ten Week 5 College Football Predictions, Schedule, and Odds

In theory this should be a big week for the Big Ten, but some quirky things have to happen.

When the schedule came out, the idea of Wisconsin going to USC was a big deal - the two haven't played each other in the regular season since 1966.

It might still be a blast, but the Badgers need to rise up and rock in a hurry.

Ohio State gets its first game against a varsity squad when it travels to Michigan State, Illinois might give Penn State a game, UCLA needs to find something it can do well when Oregon comes to town.

But Week 5 of the Big Ten season might be more about the quietly-good looking games. It all starts when Washington goes to Rutgers on Friday night, and Maryland vs Indiana could be terrific.
