It’s a gigantic conference battle with a real shot for the winner to stay in the championship hunt for a long, long time.
Texas A&M might have dropped the opener against Notre Dame, but it reeled off four straight wins including SEC victories over Florida and Arkansas.
LSU and Texas - with all due respect to the South Carolina and Auburn road games, that’s about it after this.
Missouri starts a run of three road games in four weeks and five in seven dates - this is the team’s first time away from Columbia. Even so, the rest of the slate isn’t all that tough outside of a trip to Alabama at the end of October.

Like Missouri, it’s not turning the ball over and making the big mistakes, but …
Missouri vs Texas A&M: Who Will Win
Missouri getting two weeks off should matter.
It had to battle back to get by Boston College and had way too much of a fight against Vanderbilt, but the fantastic defense should have a little extra boost in this.
But the Texas A&M lines will be better.
It won’t be a game full of explosion. The Aggies will hold their own on third downs defensively, Mizzou will turn it over twice in key situations, and they’ll hold up in a great fight.
