Coaches Top 25 Poll Week 8 Prediction: 2024 College Football Rankings

There shouldn't be too much movement overall outside of a few shifts up top, but the latest Coaches Top 25 Poll will still be interesting.

The jockeying for position will be intense with Oklahoma looking awful in the loss to Texas, Alabama looking awful in the win over South Carolina, and Illinois looking awful in the near collapse against Purdue - to name a few key teams.

But, as always, the voters in the Coaches Poll will likely stick with the idea of win, survive, advance. Here's our best guess on what the Week 8 Coaches Poll top 25 will be when released on Sunday.
