The offense finally kicked it all in, but the defense failed in the 52-37 loss. It was the fifth-straight loss with all five by double-digits. The season isn't totally lost, but if will be with if the D can't start producing.

Colorado State might not be consistent - it's following every win with a loss - but it's 1-0 in the Mountain West after beating San Jose State and with a slew of winnable games the rest of the way.
