From Wheels to Walls: Mobile Coffee Shop Owner to Open First Storefront in Collierville

After roughly one year on the road, a beloved mobile coffee shop and delivery truck is expanding with its very first storefront.

Kristen Drake of Cafe 127 will soon open her inaugural brick-and-mortar cafe in Collierville . While she’s keeping the exact address under wraps for now, Drake took to social media to share the news, stating:

It’s such an amazing feeling to be able to bring our concept to life and we cannot wait to have a home for you all to come see us any time. We start demo/renovations this month, and we’ll be sure to post updates and progress videos 🙌🏻

Since 2023, Cafe 127 has been fueling the caffeine cravings of customers across Tennessee, Alabama, and Florida with its mobile coffee truck. The shop offers an array of coffees, smoothies, and pastries, featuring classic creations such as the Vanilla Latte and Caramel Macchiato, as well as more inventive options like the Virgin Mudslide and Mint Matcha Lattes.

At the new storefront, Drake plans to introduce an updated menu. Though she’s saving the specifics for later, prospective patrons can look forward to new signature drinks and expanded food offerings.
