    Where are National Night Out events in South Jersey?

    Many South Jersey communities will celebrate National Night Out with activities from K-9 and public safety demonstrations, petting zoos and more.

    Most events will take place Aug. 6, but festivities are also planned Aug. 5, 12 and 13.

    According to the National Night Out website, NNO is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie.

    Here's an overview of South Jersey celebrations by date and time:

    AUGUST 5

    Willingboro

    Millcreek Park, 300 Beverly Rancocas Road, section 3, 6 to 8 p.m.

    Edgewater Park

    Weimann Field, Delanco and Mount Holly roads (behind the municipal building), 5:30 to 8 p.m.

    Vendors, music, food, prizes, bounce houses, touch-a-truck and more.

    AUGUST 6

    Audubon

    Francis J. Ward Recreation Center, 602 Hampshire Ave., 5:30 to 8:30 p.m.

    Music, face painting, games, K-9 demonstrations and a giant slide.

    Audubon Park & Haddon Township

    Audubon Park Soccer Field, 5 to 8:30 p.m.

    Barrington

    Wish Upon a Star Park, 410 Reading Ave., 6 to 8 p.m.

    Moon bounce, face painting, snow cones, giveaways and more.

    Bellmawr

    Bellmawr Recreation Center, 125 S Bell Road, 6 to 8 p.m.

    Music, free food and drinks, police and fire displays.

    Bordentown City and Township

    Joseph Lawrence Park, 316 Ward Ave., 6 to 9 p.m.

    Police officer meet & greets, ‘cops vs. kids’ games, K-9 demonstrations, safety information booth and tours of emergency vehicles. Also: refreshments, inflatables, face painting, music and a DJ.

    Brooklawn

    301 Christiana Street, 5 to 9 p.m.

    Music, food, drinks, police and fire displays and more.

    Burlington City

    Riverfront promenade, 6 to 9 p.m.

    Outdoor movie, ice cream, school supply backpack giveaway, facepainting, emergency vehicles, dunk tank.

    Burlington Township

    Outdoor movie, car show, food, facepainting, dunk tank, live DJ.

    Camden

    The events will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. at five locations.

    Bring your fishing gear, although some poles will be available from organizers of a Cops & Bobbers event. Free bait.

    Oaklyn

    Memorial Parking Lot, West Clinton Avenue at Kendall Boulevard, 6 to 8 p.m.

    Pennsauken

    Three locations will host displays, activities and demonstrations from 6 to 8 p.m. Visit the police station at 2400 Bethel Ave., Fire Station 3 at 5301 Lexington Ave.; Fire Station 5 at 511 Union Ave.

    Pine Hill

    Overbrook High School Practice Football Field, 1200 Turnersville Road, 6 to 9 p.m.

    Riverside

    Springfield Township

    Police vehicles, drone displays, food trucks, petting zoo, bounce houses, games, food, K-9 demonstration and more.

    Washington Township

    Washington Lake Park, 6 to 9 p.m.

    The night will include a DJ, inflatables, giveaways, a dunk tank, K-9 demonstration and more.

    West Deptford

    RiverWinds Community Center, 1000 RiverWinds Drive, 6 to 8 p.m.

    Food from Chick-fil-A and Philly Soft Pretzels. Multiple agencies will be in attendance.

    Winslow

    Municipal complex, 125 S. Rt. 73, Braddock, 6 to 9 p.m.

    AUGUST 12

    Clementon

    49 Berlin Road (behind Wooster Towers), 5 to 8 p.m.

    AUGUST 13

    Clayton

    DJ Bentz Field, 1 Garwood Blvd., 6-9 p.m.

    Free food, raffle and more.
