Falcon Park 303 – Phase II in Glendale sells for $50M
Cushman & Wakefield has advised US Capital Development and another institutional investor in the sale of Falcon Park 303 – Phase II, a brand new 326,018-square-foot Class A industrial building on over ±21 acres in Glendale. The freestanding building was delivered on a speculative basis in 2023 and is 100% leased to a single tenant. The building is part of a larger, new modern industrial campus totaling 925,504 SF situated on nearly ±60 acres.
Free pet adoptions through July 21 at AAWL
Now through Sunday, July 21, families in the Valley can adopt a furry friend at no cost at the Arizona Animal Welfare League (AAWL). The local rescue will waive adoption fees on all pets over a year old at both its main shelter, located in Phoenix at 25 N. 40th St., and at its Chandler Adoption Center, located inside the Chandler Fashion Center on the second floor, at 3111 W. Chandler Blvd.

Queen Creek Councilmember Dawn Oliphant was recently appointed by Arizona Gov. Katie Hobbs to serve as a representative on the Arizona Municipal Tax Code Commission. The Municipal Tax Code Commission consists of nine mayors and council members of cities or towns that have adopted the Model City Tax Code. Of these individuals, five are appointed by the governor.
Graff Point And Silver King Fires See Improvement In Containment
The Graff Point Fire has remained at 544 acres and is currently 47% contained. A total of 367 personnel are dedicated to this incident, focusing on full suppression efforts to contain the fire. Recent efforts have strengthened containment lines along the northern and southern flanks, and handlines have been constructed in uncontained areas on the southeast and southwest flanks. On the eastern side, firefighters are using a hose lay to secure the fire line and extinguish hot spots. Ground crews have been supported by aerial resources, with water drops cooling hot spots and retardant slowing the fire's spread.
