Recently, I had the pleasure of dining at Kobe An LoHi in Denver, a gem for those who cherish Japanese cuisine. The restaurant offers a premium dining experience with a variety of dishes that highlight fresh, top-notch ingredients. The ambiance is inviting, and the staff is notably friendly and attentive, enhancing the overall dining experience. One of the standout features is the option to dine on tatami mats at their Cherry Creek location, adding an authentic touch to the meal. The sushi rolls are particularly noteworthy for their spiciness and robust flavors, and the shabu-shabu is a delightful interactive dining experience. The wagyu beef is a luxurious treat, perfectly rounding off the meal. However, it's worth noting that some diners have observed a change in the quantity of food served, particularly with the unlimited specials, and the freshness of the vegetables in the hot pot could be improved. Despite these points, the overall quality and experience continue to draw me back. The miso soup and plum wine are also must-tries.
