This is My Honest Review of Jaya Asian Grill in Denver

If you're craving authentic Southeast Asian flavors, Jaya Asian Grill is a must-visit! From the moment I stepped in, the aroma of spices and herbs, many of which are grown by a family friend in a nearby greenhouse, set the stage for an unforgettable dining experience. The Mango Shrimp from their signature series transported me straight to Malaysia with its vacation-like vibe, while the smoky chicken skewers were a delightful treat. Although the Hainanese Chicken Rice was less impressive, dishes like Sambal Goreng truly showcased the distinctive, home-style cooking.

The Roti was another highlight, with its perfect texture pairing beautifully with every dish. I was particularly surprised by the golden eggplant, which packed a nice spicy punch. The Chili Ayam Malacca was a revelation too, with its sweet and tangy flavors making me crave more. While the Indonesian fried chicken didn't quite hit the mark for me, the overall quality and flavor of the food were exceptional. It's clear that every dish at Jaya Asian Grill is made with love, possibly making it my new favorite spot for Asian cuisine in town.
