Food Truck Tuesday returns to downtown Colorado Springs

(Colorado Springs, CO) Food Truck Tuesday is back starting this week!

From June 4th through August 20th, ten local food trucks will be outside the Colorado Springs Pioneer Museum (215 S. Tejon Street) every Tuesday from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

The 2024 food truck line-up includes:

• Campfire Coffe
• Chef Bob's Lobstah Trap
• Ciao Down - Italian food
• Cowgirl Kettle Corn and Lemonade
• Crepes-N-Go
• Josh and John's Ice Cream
• La Tapatia Tacos
• Lucy, I’m Home - Cuban cuisine
• Lumpia House LLC - fried spring rolls with a variety of fillings
• Mateo’s - cheesesteak sandwiches
• Miggy's Meltdown - gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches
• The Meltdown - ice cream
• Porkbutt BBQ
• Ricky's Island Cafe
• Roc and Ro Sushi
• Scratch Mobile Kitchen - burgers, sandwiches, and other comfort food
• Sosas Pupuseria Food Truck - Honduran cuisine including pupusas, bale, and Honduran tacos
• The Original Dr. Taco
• Tossed - fresh salads and wraps

The trucks are on a rotating schedule, and you can support all of them by trying a new one each week.

It is the perfect spot for a summer picnic!
