    CASA hosts Mardi Gras in June

    (COLORADO SPRINGS) — Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) invites the community to attend its second annual Night of Hope “CASA Goes Mardi Gras” fundraiser on Saturday, June 1, from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

    The event will occur at downtown’s Phantom Canyon Brewing Company at 2 Pikes Peak Avenue. Tickets are $125 and include a Cajun-style buffet dinner with King Cake, drinks, and activities such as caricatures, face painting, mask making, games, a silent auction, and more. There will be a dance floor and live music from The Davenport Band. Tickets can be purchased here .

    All proceeds from the event will go toward CASA programs which aim to improve the lives of abused and neglected children by providing citizen volunteers to advocate for them in the legal system.
