    (COLORADO SPRINGS) — The Colorado Springs Fire Department (CSFD) said the northbound lanes at I-25 and Bijou have reopened after an earlier crash on Tuesday, June 4. CSFD said lanes were back open as of 11:45 a.m. on Tuesday.

    The Colorado Springs Fire Department (CSFD) reported on Tuesday morning, June 4 that they responded to a crash on I-25 and Bijou in the northbound lanes that resulted in serious injuries, and drivers should expect delays.

    According to CSFD, around 10:15 a.m. on Tuesday, a person who was trapped in a vehicle from the crash was extricated before they were taken to the hospital with serious injuries.

    CSFD said two lanes are blocked on the interstate and asks that drivers be cautious of first responders on the scene.
